Refund & Return Policy
At Olivérae Skin Care, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if your order qualified for free shipping, we may deduct the original shipping fee from your refund.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. For any other exchanges, please contact us at support@olivérae.com. Items such as gift cards, final sale products, or opened skincare items cannot be returned.
To return your purchase, please contact support@olivérae.com. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
