Subscription Cancellation Policy
At Olivérae Skin Care, we want your subscription to be flexible and worry-free. If you decide to cancel, you may do so at any time.

How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard or by contacting us directly at support@olivérae.com.

Timing: To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

After Billing: If your cancellation request is made after a payment has already been processed, your order will still be shipped and delivered as scheduled. Future recurring charges will then stop.

Refunds: Subscription cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for past charges. Refunds or returns follow our Refund & Return Policy.

Reactivating: You are welcome to reactivate your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting our customer service team.
