Shipping Policy

At Olivérae Skin Care, we want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible—here’s how our shipping works:

Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your payment is confirmed, we start processing your order immediately. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled because it goes into processing right away.

Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on where you are. Typically, your order will arrive within 4-10 business days after shipping for domestic or nearby regions. For international orders, allow up to 14 business days, not including processing time or delays caused by customs or import clearance.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. If your order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, tracking info might not always be immediately available. If you haven’t seen any updates after 5 business days, feel free to contact our support team.

Lost or Incorrect Address Packages

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you complete your purchase. We’re not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

  • If we make an error, we’ll cover the cost and work with you to set things right—just let us know as soon as possible.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
If you're ordering from outside our main shipping zones, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once it arrives in your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer; we do not control or refund these charges.

Multiple Packages
Sometimes items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons—even if you selected combined shipping. Don’t worry, all the parts will get to you.
